Property Managers

Do you want to save money, please your tenants, and gain a competitive advantage over others in your industry?

Join us in taking the Green Office Challenge.

Property managers with commercial buildings in Chicago’s central business district are invited to take part in the Green Office Challenge. The City of Chicago will facilitate the achievement of property manager goals by providing training and resources for reducing energy consumption, waste generation, and water use, as well as tenant engagement.

How it works

Property Managers that participate in the Green Office Challenge will demonstrate achievements in four primary areas: energy, waste, water, and tenant engagement. You'll receive recognition for your achievements of base goals that are set up for those that are just getting started. We have also established stretch goals for those who want to go beyond the basics and really go for the green.
